Casino Cash Trac selected by Oklahoma tribal casinos

In Oklahoma, local land-based casino solutions developer, Casino Cash Trac, has announced that its Casino Audit System innovation is now being utilized by every one of the seven properties operated by the federally-recognized Osage Nation.

Account management efficiency:

According to an official Wednesday press release, Tulsa-headquartered Casino Cash Trac stated that its Casino Audit System encompasses a suite of tools that have been designed to help properties better and more efficiently manage their accounts.

The developer explained that its innovation was developed in partnership with certified public account 7BALL ants and fraud examiners in 2012 and is capable of being integrated with the management, food and beverage, hotel, kiosk, recycler and cash dispenser systems at any casino.

Casino Cash Trac declared that its solution is responsible for collecting, integrating and managing all back-of-house cage, vault and business transactions on a daily basis and is delivered on a single platform to offer ‘superior auditing, management reporting, data analytics and so much more.’

Developer ‘honored’ at selection:

Wanor Franca, Chief Revenue Officer for Casino Cash Trac, proclaimed that he was ‘honored’ that Osage Nation had selected his firm’s Casino Audit System for all of its ‘cage and revenue audit needs’ before detailing that he was now looking forward to helping the operator ‘create efficiencies and savings.’

Seven-casino estate:

Osage Nation is responsible via its Osage Nation Gaming Enterprise Board vehicle for Osage Casino-branded gambling venues in the northeast Oklahoma communities of Skiatook, Bartlesville, Ponca City, Pawhuska, Hominy and Sand Springs and earlier this week inaugurated a $150 million expansion of its flagship Osage Casino Tulsa property.

Innovation to provide ‘tremendous efficiencies’:

Byron Bighorse, Chief Executive Officer for the tribal-owned Osage Casino brand, described the partnership with Casino Cash Trac as ‘a true win-win’ that is set to deliver ‘tremendous efficiencies to our cage and revenue audit processes’ while additionally streamlining ‘related operations.’

Reductions in ‘audit time’:

For his part, Tim Steinke, Chief Financial Officer for Osage Casino, detailed that the Casino Audit System innovation has given every one of the seven casinos the ability to take advantage of ‘real-time access to our cash on hand’ while reducing the ‘audit time’ for the properties’ gambling and non-gaming operations.

Steinke’s statement read…

“Finding a complete solution for our cage and revenue audit to meet our needs and budget with scalability across all seven properties was a challenge. Casino Cash Trac provided a comprehensive and innovative system accompanied with extraordinary customer service. Our team now is truly auditing versus compiling data, which has created significant savings for our gaming enterprise.”
