Super Group to Sell Digital Gaming Corporation’s B2B Division to Games Global

Super Group, the holding company for leading global online sports betting and gaming company, Betway, and Spin, the prestigious online casino operator, has announced the sale of the B2B vertical of the recently acquired Digital Gaming Corporation to Games Global, a leading content supplier to the iGaming industry with 200+ customers around the world.

The sale expected in H2 2023:

Digital Gaming Corporation (DGC) is a renowned slot game supplier to the U.S. gaming market operating the worldwide-recognized Betway brand under the common management of the parent Super Group. The sale of its B2B division is expected to complete in H2 2023 upon receipt of the associated regulatory approvals. Its B2B operations are currently licensed, up, and running in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Michigan, and Connecticut, supplying slot game content to premium operators in these regulated online gambling markets.

Mission completed:

Supergroup holds leading positions in key markets across Europe, Africa, and the Americas. Its online sports betting and gaming facilities are supported by the group’s cutting-edge technology enabling fast and effective expansions to new markets. The group reinforced its technological impact with the recent takeover of Digital Gaming Corporation, which B2B gaming division is exactly what the fast-growing content provider, Games Global, now needs to further its expansion across the regulated U.S. markets.

Following the recent acquisition of the pioneering software development company, the provider’s acquisition of the DGC’s B2B division will be a ”mission completed”  milestone for Games Global. Indeed, the latest deal marks the company’s completion of the technological and content-related scope of work required to focus on U.S. expansions. The partner’s reputation is also a huge component of the success of such a mission, and both of them seem equally satisfied with the agreement.

Focusing on B2C growth:

Commenting on the deal, Neal Menashe, CEO of Super Group, said: “Disposing of DGC’s B2B division makes commercial sense and will allow us to continue to focus solely on our B2C growth in the United States. We have been using Games Global’s award-winning content for many years and we are very confident the DGC B2B division will be in gre 7BALL CC at hands. We wish them all the best.”
